Job Summary: This hybrid role supports both sales objectives and operational logistics, ensuring efficient product movement and excellent customer service from order placement to final delivery, optimizing the entire supply chain process. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable communicating with customers and vendors, and able to keep multiple priorities moving at once.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering inbound sales and administrative calls
- Acting as a key liaison between sales, customers, and operations for efficiency
- Supply chain management, involving tasks like managing and working with clients
- Assist sales team with client management, proposals, presentations, utility company rebates, and follow ups
- Maintain accurate client and sales data in the CRM system
- Act as a liaison between clients and the sales team
- Manage KPIs and all sales data by reps, dealers, market segments, etc
- Coordinating shipments
- Shipping
- Tracking
- Documentation
- Updating customers
- Resolving any logistical issues
What we're looking for:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working with customers, vendors, and transportation companies
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Ability to learn manufacturing processes, products, and systems quickly
Compensation: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
